Secret To Sports Betting / Earnings Disclaimer
SecretToSportsBetting.com Earnings Disclaimer
Here are some words of wisdom, stated plain and simply. If you are to last for any length of time in this activity you have to have the correct mind set. You will be engaging in an activity that does have risk involved - there is just no other way to put this. You will be making decisions and you will be responsible for all of your actions and inactions. No one is forcing you in any way.
You may have gotten away with half-stepping (i.e. doing a piss-poor half-ass job) in previous activities, but here is where the rubber meets the road. In this arena, cheaters, half-steppers, and idiots are losers big time. The best way to avoid being a loser is to do your homework. If you take the time and really read through the pages on our sites, you will find a wealth of useful information that will ultimately help you over the long haul.
You will see many testimonials, written, in the form of videos, and some may be in the form of audio messages. These are people that followed one or more of the recommended systems and are having sucesses. These people come from all walks of life, i.e. they have lots of different experiences to draw from. Most of the people are NOT professional sports bettors and nor did they start off with this as a career move. These are people looking to make a few extra dollars from home - just like you. The point here is - it is possible to start from scratch with no background in sports or sports betting and still become successful. However, in order to achieve this, you have to get your mind in the right mode of thinking.
You have to be able to say to yourself that there is no blaming others for your mistakes, you will have to pace yourself, you will have to make decisions, you will have to take action, and you'll have to make a commitment, in other words - man up! If all you had to do was to wish hard enough and a Benjamin (a one-hundred dollar US Note) appeared in your pocket whenever you needed it, then you and the rest of the world would do nothing all day but sit around wishing shi* would happen. Bottom-line, it will take a whole lot more than a wish and prayer for this to work.
Although, this is an incredibly fun way to make cash, you will have to learn how to make the most of this opportunity. You must think of this as a business and nurture it so that it can grow and grow, anything less will have you side-lined for good.
We have developed our Platinum Rules For Sports Betting/Sports Investing Success. You can have access to them via instant download to your computer: after you buy one or more of the recommended systems on any of our sites, just send us a copy of your payment receipt and we'll email you the instructions - no problem - we just want to help you succeed. The goal here is to stay in the game as long as possible. You don't want to end up on the permanent injured player list.
Out of all our Platinum Rules, this is one of the most important ones to follow: Do NOT ever use the Rent Money for any type of gambling purposes. This means exactly what it says, but in case you're having trouble with this concept, this is what it really means:
- DO NOT spend money that you don't possess. If it has already been allocated for the rent, utilities, car note, food, other living expenses, or any other committed purposes (there are no loopholes here, so stop looking), then it is no longer available and therefore cannot be touched. To do so would be a misappropriation of funds and this could have extreme consequences. If you still can't figure this out, try to sell the idea to your wife, girlfriend, mother, partner, etc., and they'll give you a reality check faster than your head can spin.
- DO NOT spend other people's money. If it does not belong to you, then find another way. Spending someone else's money - no matter what you call it, borrowing, tide-me-over, it was owed to me, or whatever other kind of BS you tell yourself to sleep at night, is just wrong and NOTHING good will ever come of ripping people off. This type of thing will be hazardous to your health one way or another.
In most earnings disclaimers you will see the words "results will vary and you may not be able to replicate the aforementioned sucesses" or something similar. You will see these statements because there is no realistic way to account for every possible variable or every possible outcome, as these could be infinite. If you took a trip to Las Vegas and starting gambling in a casino and someone else did the exact same and tried to replicate everything you did, what are the chances that they will have a different experience and see different results, even though they tried to mirror whatever you did? It is the same thing here. You will see results from many individuals and you may or may not have a similar experience. You may do much better or you may not achieve everything you expected in the time frame you imagined. There is no way to standardize experiences with things that have variables and have many components based on probability as well as other influences.
You cannot change the odds or lines and even if you could, you would not want that riding on your back. You don't control the players, their health, their mental states, and so on. The question that should be in your mind is, "will I win more than I lose"? If the answer to this question is the wins outnumber the losses and therefore you would come out with a profit, then go forward.
Look, you can make money with these systems, but it won't happen by magic. On Planet Earth, we have to make things happen by learning and following specific sets of rules that must be applied appropriately. This is a game, just like any other, it has rules that have to be followed and when they are ignored, there will be consequences. You can do this, but you will have to think - there is just no getting around that one. If you read over our sites, we have laid out many useful things that will help you to stay in the game - the info is there you just have to act upon it.
So, here's the fine print:
OK, seriously, here's the fine print:
If claims about results from using these products or services or if claims about income or earnings resulting from the use of these products or services are made, such claims are true for the persons who made the claims, including claims made by the Seller about its own experience with the product.
However, Buyer cannot simply rely on these statements as being duplicable by Buyer because many factors affect results, including just dumb luck. Some people buy these products or services to make money and, in fact, make no money. Some people buy these products or services and never read them or attempt to implement any of the moneymaking ideas. Some folks seemingly take to it like a duck to water and can't stop making money.
Nothing promoted on this website should be construed as a 'Get rich quick' scheme. The products or services Buyer is buying to learn how to make money or products or services that Buyer is buying to re-sell, have all been proven money-makers. The income and earnings statements, if any, tend to reflect the more successful cases and Buyer should not construe this as being the 'average' or usual success story. As is true in much of life, real success usually requires real work. Learning about sports betting is not terrible work and it can produce very livable income if Buyer is willing to learn his or her craft and work at it steadily. Even part-time efforts may bring in some extra money each month. But it requires learning skills that Buyer may not have and a background to easily learn, and it will certainly require constant
education and, perhaps, even psychological motivation to keep Buyer directed toward his or her goals.
If the product Buyer is purchasing is a physical product promoted for a particular purpose and if the promotional materials make claims about the results from the use of this product, Buyer hereby warrants his understanding that there exists some probability that the product will not deliver those same results to any particular Buyer and that the refund of the purchase price (subject to the return of the product to the Seller) is the full remedy for any Buyer who feels the product did not deliver the results claimed.
If the product Buyer is purchasing is a membership or a product ‘plan’ that claims to produce specific benefits or results or that otherwise involves a recurring fee, the Buyer has a right to terminate the membership or ‘plan’ upon notice to the Seller. In this case, the promotional materials describing the membership and the ‘plan’ and the remedy for dissatisfaction shall be controlling. If the promotional materials say that part of a fee is not refundable, then it is not.
Where this disclaimer and claims made in sales and promotional materials for the products or services are in conflict, this Purchase Agreement shall be controlling except, and unless, the Seller deliberately misled the Buyer or if such construction would cause material inequity. The sole burden is on the Buyer to substantiate any deliberate deception.
Buyer accepts the obligation to reimburse the Seller for all court costs, investigation costs, attorney fees, and all litigation-related costs in the event Buyer brings suit against the Seller and does not prevail in court or at arbitration.
No warranties are made whatsoever about the amount of money, if any, that Buyer will earn from these materials or products or services and Buyer warrants an understanding that Buyer's only course of action is to test these products and services and materials for the extent of the refund period and request a refund if Buyer is not satisfied prior to its expiration.
Buyer, again, warrants an understanding that in any event, for any reason, no matter the amount of damages claimed, as a material part of the consideration for purchase of these products or services, the maximum amount of liability shall be the purchase price of the product.
