Note that:

1. For the first two sportsbooks, each row that has either a "#1" or a "1" in the right hand column represents a bet that we placed. In this case, the Amount column shows how much we bet.
2. For the first two sportsbooks, each row that has the words "Grade Results" in the right hand column represents a bet that we won. In this case, the Amount column shows how much we collected - this figure includes both the amount we bet and our winnings.
